Brewing Up Community: Rye Maibock Collaboration with Oaklyn Springs Brewery and the Garner Ale Society

At The Beerded Lady Bottle Shop, we believe in the power of community and collaboration. That’s why we were thrilled to partner with Oaklyn Springs Brewery and the Garner Ale Society to brew something truly special—a Rye Maibock that’s set to debut in March!

A Day of Brewing and Bonding
Zane from Oaklyn Springs Brewing led the way, developing the recipe for this unique Rye Maibock. He gave us an insider’s look at the brewing process and even let us get hands-on by helping load the grain. It was an incredible learning experience for The Beerded Lady team and members of the Garner Ale Society alike.

No brew day is complete without good food and drink, so we enjoyed delicious brats and brews for lunch, bonding over our shared love of craft beer. After lunch, we were treated to a special sneak peek, sampling the wort of the beer we had just brewed. It was rich, flavorful, and left us all eagerly anticipating the final product!

A Beer to Look Forward To
This Rye Maibock is currently fermenting and should be ready to enjoy in March. Keep an eye on The Beerded Lady Bottle Shop’s Facebook and Instagram pages for updates on its release. We can’t wait to share this collaborative creation with you!

Special Thanks
This event wouldn’t have been possible without Zane and Zach from Oaklyn Springs Brewing. We are incredibly grateful for their expertise and hospitality. A huge thank you also goes out to the Garner Ale Society for joining us and sharing their passion for brewing. Lastly, we couldn’t have done it without The Beerded Lady team—your enthusiasm and hard work made this day unforgettable.
