There’s a lot going on in the world, y’all. And sometimes you just want to step back and spend some time focusing on something that helps ease the mind and soothe the spirit.

We’re excited to announce this new venture with Calm & Focused Therapy of Garner to bring you #CalmAF – A Craft & Connect gathering where the intention is to just chill with some cool people for a bit. Have a bevvy, do a cute project, and have a good time.

Various crafts ‘n things will be provided, but feel free to bring a lil project of your own if you want.
